Pre-Construction Process

Our Pre-Construction team is responsible for driving our design and manufacture. Through digital engineering and offsite manufacturing we are able to reduce time, labour and cost on site, whilst increasing efficiency, quality and sustainability in order to deliver future-proofed buildings. The Pre-Construction team also identifies and manages risk, commercially positions sub-contract and material packages and works closely with our supply chain department to buy out the project as far as practically possible prior to commencement on site. This plays an integral role in helping us to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
