HE Simm is proud to announce that we have recently secured our fourth negotiated scheme with Bowmer & Kirkland and Unite which will see the delivery of 600 student beds at St Vincent’s Sheffield.
The scheme, being developed around the historical St Vincent’s Church will see HE Simm deliver full Design and Build MEP works to the project, which is seen as a catalyst to rejuvenate the area.
The two family run businesses have worked collaboratively for over 10 years developing their relationship drawing upon their similar values and culture to successfully deliver a number of schemes.
This scheme is the latest in a number of projects which have seen HE Simm working in close collaboration to deliver over 1,300 beds for Bowmer & Kirkland and Unite over the last two years. Other projects include Far Gosford Street and Millennium View in Coventry and Tara House in Liverpool.
This scheme further enhances HE Simms extensive portfolio of experience within the student accommodation sector which has seen the delivery of over 10,500 student beds in the last three years on schemes across the country.
Gareth Simm, Managing Director said of the latest scheme “securing this new project further demonstrates our commitment to working collaboratively with Bowmer & Kirkland and Unite and the strength and capability of our teams working in partnership with clients.
