Trafalgar Place is residential development with Lendlease and will be a significant step in the £1.5billion regeneration of the Elephant & Castle area in the London Borough of Southwark. Its seven buildings range from 4 to 10 storeys, include 235 apartments from studios to 3 bedrooms and showcase the latest sustainable construction techniques, and greener, more energy efficient design. They meet the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 – with energy efficient lighting, heating and water recovery systems, better insulation and ventilation. This ensures that they will be 30% more energy efficient than current regulations require, and enable you to use 30% less water than the average London home.
