HE Simm were commissioned to undertake the Full Design & Build MEP Services to the conversion of an existing office block into 148 residential apartment in the centre of Bristol. As with all building refurbishment projects, the existing layout for set for office use, which meant careful consideration was needed for co-ordination of services to ensure they suited the change of use to residential development.

– Existing cladding to be removed and replaced with curtain walling and full height windows
– Internal fit-out consists of sub-dividing the floor areas into individual apartments all in lightweight plasterboard partitions
– The 14th floor is undertaking increased level altercations to allow the penthouse apartment to be over a split level arrangement
– 1No apprentice employed throughout the duration of the project
