HE Simm were selected to deliver full MEP Shell & Core and Fit Out works to H2. The project includes 380 residential apartments over a 30 storey tower and three further mid rise towers from 8-10 storeys high. This includes a mixture of Private and Affordable, including residents’ amenity space, gym, retail units and an underground car park with electrical car charging stations.
