Our recruitment process is focused on finding the ideal candidate for each individual role and will generally move through the following stages.

Application for Candidates

Review of Applications

Within 10-14 days of the vacancy closing date, we will review all applicants in depth and attempt to filter out any un-suitable applicants; all will be advised of outcome within this period.

Interview(s)

The next stage if you have been identified as a suitable applicant during review, will be to arrange an interview at suitable time & location. All applicants reaching this stage will have at least one interview with Line Managers, Directors and/or a member of the HR department in attendance.

Decisions and Feedback

After your interview(s) we will take some further time to assess applicant. Once we have made a final decision you will be advised and given feedback if unsuccessful; if you have been successful we will verbally offer you employment and will in due course issue a formal contract. All offers of employment are subject to receipt of satisfactory references and verification of eligibility to work in the UK.

Starting With Us

When you join you’ll receive a detailed and comprehensive induction. Your Line Manager will introduce you to all members of your team and will detail your roles and responsibilities so you’ll know exactly what you’ll need to achieve. They will also (if applicable) take you through KPI System and begin your individual development plan.
